At Hydration IV Therapy, we strive to provide exceptional mobile IV hydration and wellness services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Service Fees
All payments are due at the time of service. Travel fees are calculated based on distance from our office and are non‑refundable once the appointment has been completed.
3. Cancellations
- 24‑Hour Notice: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- No‑Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in no refund.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
5. Refunds for Services
Refunds will not be issued once a treatment has been administered, except in cases of proven negligence or error on our part.
6. Packages & Promotions
Prepaid packages or promotional offers are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another eligible client with prior approval.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
